RULES FOR FOOTBALL GAMES :
- Students will arrive by the assigned time
and will be penalized if late. If a student
arrives late, he/she will lose his/her 3rd
quarter break for that night, miss the following
game, or be sent home at the directors
discretion.
- You will be expected to remain in the area
designated for your section. Only band members
in full uniform will be allowed to sit inside
the band form.
- All Percussionists will stay by their respective
instruments at all times, ready to play.
- All members should be alert to what is going
on down front. Instructions are given from
the front of the band by drum major(s) and
director(s).
- You must be in full, proper uniform at all
times unless otherwise instructed by the director.
Do not walk around with only a part of the
uniform on or with collar unhooked or the
coat unfastened, etc. Jewelry and nail polish
are not to be worn with the uniform. Hats
are worn at all times unless the drum major
or director tells you to take them off. All
hair is to be worn up and tucked under the
hat.
- Play instruments only when the band is playing
together.
- Sectional cheers and fanfare will not be
played unless practiced and cleared with the
director prior to game day.
- Gum chewing while in uniform will not be
allowed.
- If a student must leave the band section
for an emergency, another student must accompany
them and the director must grant permission.
When permission is given to go to the restroom,
there must be two students at a time in full
uniform.
- Third quarter breaks are a privilege. If
you cannot return to the stands on time, you
will lose your 3rd quarter break.
- If there are problems by a student on the
bus or at the away game, that student will
not attend the next away game and will have
to sit behind the band director on the bus
for the remainder of the year.
- After each home football game, we will march
back to the band room. We will wear our hats
when the football team wins, we will cradle
them in our left arm if the football team
loses.
- After each football game, everyone will
be dismissed from the band room. Failure to
return to the band room is punishable by loss
of third quarter break, lose of performance
privileges, or removal from the program.

"Finally,
brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable,
whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely,
whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence
and if anything worthy of praise,
dwell on these things." -Paul of Tarsus
