REHEARSAL RULES:
You are not at rehearsal to learn your part; you
are at rehearsal to learn how all the parts work together
to create a performance.
No food, drinks, or gum at any band rehearsal.
Athletic shoes and socks must be worn at all outdoor
rehearsals. Flip-flops and sandals are not acceptable.
Clothing for rehearsals must be long enough and full
enough to insure modesty. Bare mid-riffs, tops with
spaghetti straps, backless tops, sports bras without
a shirt, and short shorts are not permitted. If a
students outfit is judged by the instructors
to be inappropriate, the student will be asked to
change or go home. Any missed rehearsal time must
be made up before the student can perform with the
group.
No disrespect toward directors, instructors, or parents,
or other band members will be allowed.
Whole-hearted participation and cooperation are expected
from every student.
Green shirts and marching shoes are required for the
Thursday night rehearsal. Failure to dress correctly
is grounds for disciplinary action.
Instruction at band rehearsals is the responsibility
of the band director and his assistants and instructors.
Parents and guest are asked to enjoy the rehearsal
from the sidelines.

whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely,
whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and
if anything worthy of praise,
dwell on these things." -Paul of Tarsus
