An event like this takes a lot of prep and a lot of work the day of the event, but it's one day of the year that we can bring in much needed revenue. We ask that each parent and student sign up to work. The more people we have to work enables everyone to be able enjoy the festival as well..

Many hands make light work!
Ask how you can help!
Whether you have a lot of time or just a little, we can use your help.

Please see list below list of committees below. We will begin having weekly meetings as needed. We need help in all areas in order to make this a huge success.

Below is a list of things we are in desperate need of - besides manpower.
  • Four wheelers and trailers to pull equipment on and off the field
  • At least 2 golf carts
  • Several folding tables, tents, generators, some square bales of hay. outside lights
If you are able to help in getting these donated for the day that would be much appreciated. Please keep check on the website for new updates. Also, your child should be bringing reminders home. Please ask your band student for the papers.

The success of Ft Mtn Classic depends strongly upon our volunteers.
