Committees: If you have not signed up to work at some time during this day, please do so, as it takes all of us to make this a huge success for our children.
  • registration- signs in bands upon arrival, gives out arm bands, gives out directors info, etc.

  • gate admission- closing of the stadium while bands are on the field performing.

  • tour guides- seniors & juniors to guide a band from their arrival time to their performance time.

  • concessions- working out of the home side stand only. Also responsible keeping water at central area for all bands during warm-up time.

  • parking- directing traffic and busing to correct areas.

  • equipment- getting all pit and sideline equipment to and from the field for all visiting bands.

  • first aid- where people can go if they are in need of first aid.

  • fundraisers- various tents are setup thru out the stadium, people are needed to work at them to raise money

  • set up & clean up crew- people to help get things ready and then people to help clean up .

  • hospitality room- for the bus drivers and directors to go eat during the day.
