Concession Stands

IMPORTANT: The concession stands are very vital to our MCHS Band Program. It takes many people to work them during football games or any other event that we may sponsor. If we do not obtain enough help to operate them efficiently, it could result in us having to give up the concessions stands all together. The money raised is vital to the band! We can’t afford to loose them! Concession Stands: Marching season is coming soon and we need your help. One of our best fund-raisers during the marching season is our concession stand. We can’t do it without your help! Sign up early and choose the game you would like to work. We need 25-30 parents each home game to make things run smoothly - so pick a night and mark your calendar. We allow children to work in the concession stand only if their parent is working as well. Children under 18 yrs. cannot accept money or operate anything that involves heat/hot temperatures. Children are allowed to keep the drink bins full and ice them down. They can also get stuff for the parents working the window. We can also use your help on the Thursday nights before home games to do prep work such as slicing tomatoes, onions, and lettuce, icing down the drinks, etc. When you work for the entire game, you will receive a voucher for $10 to go into your child’s account. You will be able to earn up to $50 by just working the concessions at the home games. This is lots of fun and a great way to meet other parents. Contact Person: Lynne Stafford
