Click here to print ticket order form. May 18, 2009 The meal will begin at 7:00 PM. The awards presentation will follow the meal. Changes have been made to what was previously planned. This is NOT a potluck meal. It is being catered by Saucy Bones BBQ and will be served in the MCHS Cafeteria. The meal will include pork, potato salad, bread, baked beans, cole slaw, banana pudding and a cobbler. Also, sweet tea and unsweet tea. Cost is $9.00 per person to eat. Band Students eat for free. Tickets must be pre-purchased to eat. Some tickets may be available for purchase at the door. Those will be $10.00 a ticket and supplies will be very limited. It’s best to prepay and ensure your portion of food. All monies must be turned in by Monday, May 11th, 2009. We have to give a head count to Saucy Bones ahead of time. This is very important. You may leave a check in the band booster box located in the band room. Please indicate how many food tickets you will need on the form below and enclose with your payment. Remember, band students eat for free. If you purchased a food ticket, you will receive it when you arrive at the Band Banquet. Without a Food Ticket you may not be able to eat. You do NOT have to purchase a ticket to attend, but you MUST purchase a ticket to eat. At the conclusion of the event, we will need help from everyone in attendance to clean up the cafeteria and leave it ready for the next day. Any questions, please contact Cecil or Delaine.
